A retired Addl. Administrative Officer from the Government of Rajasthan with deep expertise in accounts and administration. He served in key departments like Water Resources, PHED, and PWD (NHAI Division). His work has been formally recognized and appreciated by the government for its excellence and integrity.

Even after retirement, Mr. Daya continued to contribute his expertise, supporting the Department of Tribal Area Development and the Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare under the Finance Department. 

As the Founding Inspiration, Mr. Daya continues to guide and motivate the leadership team—sharing his values, wisdom, and commitment to service. His legacy is the foundation on which BUCS succeeds today.

His vision for BUCS is to combine experience, integrity, and financial wisdom to empower others — especially to the next generation — in achieving financial independence.

Chetana is a certified Yoga Instructor, trained counsellor, a dedicated homemaker and the heart behind BUCS With a background in Ashtanga Yoga and a passion for helping others heal mentally and emotionally, she’s guided many through life’s challenges. Her bigger mission? To create a world where women feel confident, empowered, and financially independent. BUCS is her vision brought to life — where well-being meets financial freedom.

A true math genius with a head for smart thinking, Shresth already understands the magic of compounding and why it's never too early to plan for the future. As the youngest co-founder of BUCS, he’s here to prove that financial wisdom isn’t just for grown-ups. His dream? To help kids and teens build smart money habits from the start!

Financial Services Expert, Consultant Trainer & Advisor: (20 years) at ICICI Prudential, where he honed his financial expertise and developed a passion for empowering individuals to make informed investment decisions.

Manager-Procurement: (11 years) at GR Infraprojects Limited. This experience in procurement for an EPC company demonstrates Ujjawal Daya's strong business acumen and understanding of financial management within a large organization.

Mr. Santosh, an MBA graduate from IIM Ahmedabad—home to industry icons like K. V. Kamath and Shikha Sharma — brings extensive expertise in banking, investment, and insurance. Currently at SBI, and with prior senior roles at ICICI Prudential and John Deere, he serves as a trusted mentor to BUCS. His strategic guidance has helped refine their business focus and accelerate growth—without holding an internal position at the company.

Mr. Santosh – an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad serves as a seasoned mentor to BUCS. With extensive experience across banking, investment, and insurance, he currently holds a role at SBI and has previously led teams at ICICI Prudential and John Deere. His strategic guidance has been invaluable in refining BUCS approach and accelerating its growth.
